stacy and i had a date the other night--we did our very own park tour of the burg...visiting every park and rating it according to our appraisal of the slides, swings, and other equipment. memorial won by default, but i'm still claiming west end as my favorite...

last night was the first of what should be many summer bonfires...such a good time. we worked so hard on the perfect "updraft" for our little blaze, had a great time burning whatever we could find, telling REALLY scary stories, chasing the hot-dog cat, lookin at the beautiful stars, and just catching up from a year of college...quote of the evening..."we didn't have any chocolate bars, so i kinda did an experiment"...miss sara, experimenter extraordinaire, charred me a lovely dill pickle...there's a couple pics of us sniffing it...it was wild, and let me tell you, it had a taste like you wouldn't believe.

here's a few from last weekend in MI...visiting the aunt, uncle, and cousins, and matt and charissa's wedding...so i was a very bad photographer and didn't really take very many pictures, so although i missed a lot, this is what I DID get...isn't the little blonde one cute?

snapshots from a morning with the guys on the golf course...so maybe it wasn't their day as far as the scores go, but it was definitely a good time...highlights include the happy gilmore tee-off, the unlimited mulligans rule, and andrew throwing me off the golf cart...the picture of me with the empty tylenol thing is cuz i landed on my head...good times, good times...
